목적

약관(이하 "본 약관"이라 합니다)은 이용자가 당수도네트워크사이트(이하 "당수도넷")에서 제공하는 모든 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용함에 있어 이용자와 "당수도넷"의 권리와 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. 이용자가 되고자 하는 자가 "당수도넷"이 정한 소정의 절차를 거쳐서 "가입하기"를 누르면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주한다. 본 약관에 정하는 이외의 이용자와 "당수도넷"의 권리와 의무 및 책임사항에 관해서는 전기통신사업법 기타 대한민국의 관련 법령과 상관습 그리고 통상적인 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티의 약관에 따른다.

정의

당수도네트워크사이트(이하 "당수도넷")는 회원인 이용자들을 연결하는 실시간 서버 시스템 및 그 운영을 위한 웹사이트와 프로그램 혹은 가상의 공간을 말한다.

"이용자"란 "당수도넷"에 접속하여 이 약관에 따라 서비스를 받는 회원을 말한다.

"회원"이라 함은 "당수도넷"에 개인정보를 제공하여 회원 등록을 한 자로 "당수도넷"의 정보를 지속적으로 제공받으며 "당수도넷"이 제공하는 서비스를 계속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말한다.

기타 언급되지 않은 사항은 일반 통상적 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티의 회원가입 기준을 따른다.

약관의 명시와 개정

"당수도넷"은 이 약관의 내용과 관련 정보 등을 이용자가 쉽게 알 수 있도록 서비스 초기 화면에 게시한다. 다만 약관의 내용은 이용자가 연결 화면을 통하여 볼 수 있도록 한다.

"당수도넷"은 해당 서비스를 운영함에 있어 관련 법을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 이 약관을 개정할 수 있다.

"당수도"은 약관을 개정할 경우에는 이용자에게 고지하지 않으나 이용자에게 불리하게 약관내용을 변경하는 경우에는 별도의 게시물을 통해 공지한다.

이 약관에서 정하지 아니한 사항과 이 약관의 해석에 관하여는 전기통신사업법 기타 대한민국의 관련 법령과 상관습 그리고 통상적인 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티의 약관에 따른다.

서비스의 제공 및 변경

"당수도넷"은 다음과 같이 서비스를 제공한다.

회원의 게시물 등록 및 공유

광고 및 프로모션 서비스

회원을 위한 컨텐츠 서비스, 맞춤 서비스

메시지 전송, 메일 통보, 친구찾기, 1:1 대화, 실시간 뉴스, 증권정보의 제공 등을 내용으로 하는 메신저 서비스

이메일 서비스와 동호회 이용서비스 등 통상적인 SNS 및 커뮤니티 서비스 일체

기타 "당수도넷"이 자체 개발하거나 다른 회사와의 협력계약 등을 통해 회원들에게 제공할 일체의 서비스

"당수도넷"은 외부 및 내부 환경 변화에 따라 서비스가 변경될 경우에 장차 체결되는 계약에 의해 제공할 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있다. 이 경우에는 변경된 서비스의 중요도에 따라 공지할 수 있다.

서비스의 중단

"당수도넷"은 서비스의 일시 중단 사유가 발생한 경우에는 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있다.

부득이한 이유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없게 되는 경우에는 "당수도넷"은 게시물 등을 통해 이용자에게 통지한다.

회원가입

이용자는 "당수도넷"이 정한 가입 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입한 후 이 약관에 동의한다는 의사표시를 함으로써 회원가입을 신청한다.

"당수도넷"은 회원가입 자격을 아래로 제한한다.

회원가입 계약의 성립시기는 "당수도넷"의 승낙이 회원에게 도달한 시점으로 한다.

회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실

회원은 "당수도넷"에 언제든지 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며 "당수도넷"은 즉시 회원탈퇴를 처리한다. 회원탈퇴 시, 회원의 모든 정보는 삭제되며 복구되지 않는다.

회원이 다음의 사유에 해당하는 경우 "당수도넷"은 회원 자격을 제한 및 정지시킬 수 있다.

가입 신청 시에 허위 내용을 등록한 경우

다른 회원의 "서비스" 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등 SNS 및 커뮤니티 질서를 위협하는 경우

"당수도넷"을 이용하여 법령 또는 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우

기타 통상적인 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티에서 허용하지 않는 행위를 했을 경우

"당수도넷"이 회원 자격을 제한 및 정지 시킨 후 동일한 행위가 2회 이상 반복되거나 30일 이내에 그 사유가 시정되지 아니하는 경우 "당수도넷"은 회원 자격을 상실시킬 수 있다.

"당수도넷"이 회원자격을 상실시키는 경우에는 회원 등록을 말소한다. 이 경우 회원에게 이를 통지하고 회원등록 말소 전 최소한 30일 이상의 기간을 정하여 소명할 기회를 부여한다.

개인정보보호

"당수도넷"은 이용자의 정보수집 시 서비스 이용에 필요한 최소한의 정보를 수집한다. 다음 사항을 필수사항으로 하며 그 외 사항은 선택사항으로 한다.

"당수도넷"이 이용자의 개인식별이 가능한 개인정보를 수집하는 때에는 반드시 그 이용자의 동의를 받습니다.

제공된 개인정보는 당해 이용자의 동의 없이 목적 외의 이용이나 제3자에게 제공할 수 없으며, 이에 대한 모든 책임은 "당수도넷"이 진다. 다만, 다음의 경우에는 예외로 한다.

통계작성, 학술연구 또는 시장조사를 위하여 필요한 경우로서 특정 개인을 식별할 수 없는 형태로 제공하는 경우

도용방지를 위하여 본인확인에 필요한 경우

법률의 규정 또는 법률에 의하여 필요한 불가피한 사유가 있는 경우

추가된 제휴 서비스를 이용할 경우

기타 통상적인 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티 운영 상에서 필요한 경우

이용자는 언제든지 "당수도넷"이 가지고 있는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람 및 오류정정을 요구할 수 있으며 "당수도넷"은 이에 대해 지체 없이 필요한 조치를 취할 의무를 진다.

"당수도넷" 또는 그로부터 개인정보를 제공받은 제3자는 개인정보의 수집목적 또는 제공받은 목적을 달성한 때에는 당해 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기한다.

"당수도넷"의 의무

"당수도넷"은 법령과 이 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며 이 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하는데 최선을 다하여야 한다.

회원의 ID 및 비밀번호에 대한 의무

일반적인 경우 ID와 비밀번호에 관한 관리책임은 회원에게 있다.

회원은 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안된다.

회원이 자신의 ID 및 비밀번호를 도난 당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지한 경우에는 바로 "당수도넷"에 통보하고 "당수도넷"의 안내가 있는 경우에는 그에 따라야 합니다.

이용자의 의무

이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안된다.

신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용의 등록

타인의 정보 도용

"당수도넷"이 정한 정보 이외의 정보(컴퓨터 프로그램 등) 등의 송신 또는 게시

"당수도넷" 및 기타 제3자의 저작권 등 지적재산권에 대한 침해

"당수도넷" 및 기타 제3자의 명예를 손상시키거나 업무를 방해하는 행위

외설 또는 폭력적인 메시지, 화상, 음성, 기타 공서양속에 반하는 정보를 "당수도넷"에 공개 또는 게시하는 행위

그 외 통상적인 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티에서 금지하고 있는 행위

연결 "서비스"와 피연결 "서비스" 간의 관계

상위 "서비스"와 하위 "서비스"가 하이퍼링크(예: 하이퍼링크의 대상에는 문자, 그림 및 동화상 등이 포함됨)방식 등으로 연결된 경우, 전자를 연결 "서비스"(웹 사이트)라고 하고 후자를 피연결 "서비스"(웹사이트)라고 한다.

연결 "서비스"는 피연결 "서비스"가 독자적으로 제공하는 재화 등에 의하여 이용자와 행하는 거래에 대해서 보증책임을 지지 않는다는 뜻을 연결 "서비스"의 초기화면 또는 연결되는 시점의 팝업화면으로 명시한 경우에는 그 거래에 대한 보증책임을 지지 않는다.

저작권의 귀속 및 이용제한

"당수도넷"에 게시한 글의 저작권에 대한 일체의 권리는 해당 글의 게시자에게 있다.

타인의 모든 컨텐츠(글, 그림, 사진, 이미지, 기타 어떤 형태로든)를 출처표기 없이 무단으로 전재해서 본 사이트에 옮겨 실었을 때 생기는 모든 법적인 문제에 대한 책임은 해당 글을 게시한 회원이 진다.

타 상업 사이트의 모든 컨텐츠(글, 그림, 사진, 이미지, 기타 어떤 형태로든)를 본 사이트에 게시한 경우에 이 게시물은 출처표기의 유무를 떠나 삭제조치 되며 이에 대한 모든 법적인 문제는 해당 글을 게시한 회원이 진다.

"당수도넷" 이 자체적으로 생산하거나 회원들이 생산한 모든 컨텐츠는 “당수도넷” 측에서 적법한 절차를 거쳐 타 업체에 유료 혹은 무료로 제공할 수 있다.

분쟁해결

"당수도넷"은 이용자가 제기하는 정당한 의견이나 불만을 반영하고 그 피해를 보상처리하기 위하여 피해보상처리기구를 설치하고 운영할 수 있다.

"당수도넷"은 이용자로부터 제출되는 불만사항 및 의견은 우선적으로 그 사항을 처리한다. 다만, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우에는 이용자에게 그 사유와 처리일정을 즉시 통보한다.

재판권 및 준거법

"당수도넷"과 이용자간에 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 제소 당시의 이용자의 주소에 의하고 주소가 없는 경우에는 거소를 관할하는 지방법원의 전속관할로 한다. 다만 제소 당시 이용자의 주소 또는 거소가 분명하지 않거나 외국 거주자의 경우에는 민사소송법상의 관할법원에 제기한다.

"당수도넷"과 이용자간에 제기된 소송에는 한국법을 적용한다.

부칙

본 약관은 수시로 개정할 수 있으며 본 약관에 규정하지 않은 내용은 통상적인 SNS 서비스 및 커뮤니티의 약관에 따른다.

본 약관은 2025년 12월 15일 처음 제정하여 시행한다.

English - Terms and Conditions

The Dangsoodo Network (hereinafter referred to as “DangsoodoNet”) establishes these Terms and Conditions to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both the users and DangsoodoNet. By completing the registration procedures prescribed by DangsoodoNet and clicking the "Sign Up" button, an applicant is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act and other laws and regulations and commercial trade practices, and the general terms and conditions applicable to common SNS services and online communities.

Definition

DangsoodoNet refers to the real-time server system that connects member users as well as the websites, programs, or virtual spaces utilized to operate the service.

"User" refers to a member who accesses DangsoodoNet and utilizes its services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

"Member" refers to a person who has completed the registration process by providing personal information to DangsoodoNet, thereby gaining ongoing access to information and services provided by DangsoodoNet.

Any matters not defined herein shall be governed by the standard membership criteria and regulations of general SNS services and online communities.

Clarification and Revision of Terms and Conditions

DangsoodoNet shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions and related information on the service's initial screen so that users may easily find them. Provided, however, the contents of the Terms and Conditions are viewable through a link to a dedicated connection screen.

DangsoodoNet reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that such revisions do not violate applicable laws and regulations in operating the services herein.

While DangsoodoNet may revise the Terms and Conditions without individual notice, any amendments that are disadvantageous to users will be notified through a separate posting.

Any matters not specified herein and matters regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act, other applicable laws and regulations, and trade norms in the Republic of Korea, as well as the standard terms and conditions of general SNS services and online communities.

Provision and Change of Services

DangsoodoNet provides the following services:

- Spaces for members to post and share content

- Advertising and promotional services

- Customized content services and personalized features for members

- Messenger service providing direct messaging, email notifications, “find friends” features, one-on-one conversations, real-time news, and financial market updates.

- A full suite of standard SNS and community features, including email services and club membership functionalities.

- Any services developed independently by DangsoodoNet or provided through partnership agreements with third-party companies.

DangsoodoNet may modify the content of services to be provided under future contracts when services should be modified due to the internal and/or external business environment change. In such cases, notice may be provided to users depending on the significance of of the service modification.

Service Interruption

DangsoodoNet may temporarily suspend the provision of services if any reasons for temporary interruption arise.

In the event where service delivery be suspended due to unavoidable circumstances, DangsoodoNet will notify users via platform postings or other communication channels.

Membership Eligibility

Users apply for membership by filling out the required information via the registration form provided by DangsoodoNet and indicating their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

DangsoodoNet limits membership eligibility to the followings:

Dangsoodo Practitioners as listed below:

- Beginners

- Gup-ranked members

- Dan-ranked members

- SB (Sa Bom) Members

- Master-level members

Other Dangsoodo-related individuals as recognized and approved by DangsoodoNet

Formation of Contract

The membership agreement is officially established at the moment DangsoodoNet’s approval of the application is communicated to the member.

Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification

Members may request to withdraw from DangsoodoNet at any time, and such requests will be immediately processed by DangsoodoNet. Upon withdrawal, all member information will be [permanently] deleted and cannot be recovered.

DangsoodoNet may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following cases:

- Providing false information in the membership application process

- Threatening the order of the SNS and community, such as by interfering with other members' use of the services or appropriating their information.

- Committing acts prohibited by law or these Terms and Conditions, or acts against public order and morals [on and off the DangsoodoNet platform]

- Committing acts generally prohibited in standard SNS platforms and online communities.

If a prohibited act is repeated two (2) or more times, or the underlying issue is not rectified within 30 days of a restriction or suspension, DangsoodoNet may revoke the membership of the involved member. In the event of forced revocation, membership registration record will be officially discarded. In such cases, the member will be notified and provided a period of at least 30 days to offer an explanation before the revocation of membership is finalized.

Privacy Policy

When collecting user information, DangsoodoNet collects the minimum amount of information necessary to provide its services. The following items are required, while all other items are optional.

- Name and Nickname

- Email Address(or mobile phone number)

- Nationality

- Account ID and Password

- Consent to receive [marketing]Email/SMS

- Date of Birth and Gender

When collecting personally identifiable information, DangsoodoNet must obtain the user's consent.

The personal information provided shall not be used for purposes other than those agreed to by the user, nor shall it be shared with third parties. DangsoodoNet shall assume full responsibility for data protection, provided, however, the following cases are exceptions:

- When data is provided in a anonymized form for the purposes of statistical compilation, academic research, or market research.

- When identity verification is required to prevent account theft.

- When there is an unavoidable requirement mandated by laws or statutory regulations.

- When information is required to facilitate the provision of integrated affiliate services.

- When necessary for the standard operation of general SNS services and community functions.

Users may at any time request access to their personal information held by DangsoodoNet or the correction of any errors therein, and DangsoodoNet is obligated to respond to such requests and take the necessary measures without delay.

DangsoodoNet or any third party that has received personal information from it, shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay once the purpose for which was collected or provided has been achieved.

Obligations of DangsoodoNet

DangsoodoNet shall not engage in any acts prohibited by laws, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions, nor,nor any acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall exert its best efforts to provide services continuously and stably, as stipulated by these Terms and Conditions.

Member Responsibilities for ID and Password

Members shall bear responsibility for the management and confidentiality of their ID and password.

Members must not permit third parties to use their ID and password.

If a member becomes aware that their ID and password have been stolen or are being utilized by an unauthorized third party, they must immediately notify DangsoodoNet and follow any subsequent instructions provided.

User Obligations

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following actions:

- Registering false information during the application process or when updating account details.

- Unauthorized harvesting of the personal information of others.

- Transmitting or posting information, including computer programs, other than what is specifically permitted by DangsoodoNet.

- Infringing upon the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of DangsoodoNet or any third parties.

- Engaging in any act that damages the reputation of DangsoodoNet or third parties, or,or interferes with their business operations.

- Disclosing or posting messages, images, audio, or other information on the DangsoodoNet platform that is obscene, violent, or violates public order and morals.

- Any other acts prohibited by general SNS services and online communities.

Relationship between Connecting and Connected Services

In case where a primary service provides a link to another service via hyperlinks(leading to text, pictures,videos, etc.), the former is called “Connecting Service” (website) and the latter is called “Connected Service” (website).

If the Connecting Service explicitly discloses on its landing page or a pop-up notice at the time of connection that it does not provide a warranty for transactions involving goods, services, etc. offered independently by the Connected Service, then the Connecting Service shall bear no liability for such transactions.

Copyright Attribution and Usage Restrictions

All intellectual property rights and copyright rights to content posted on DangsoodoNet belong exclusively to the poster thereof.

Any legal issues arising from the copying or reposting of third-party content (text, pictures, photographs, images, or any other media forms) without permission and with the source undisclosed are the sole responsibility of the member who posted the content.

The posting of content (text, pictures, photographs, images, or any other media forms) from other commercial websites will be deleted even if the source is cited, and all associated legal liabilities shall be borne by the member who posted the content.

When DangsoodoNet content (text, pictures, photographs, images, or any other media forms) is copied and reposted on another website without permission or proper attribution, the site administrator is authorized to act on behalf of the original copyright holder to request the removal of said content to the counterparty.

All content produced by DangsoodoNet or its members may be provided to third-party companies either for a fee or free of charge through proper legal procedures.

Dispute Resolution

DangsoodoNet may establish and operate a dedicated organization to address legitimate opinions and complaints raised by users and to facilitate any necessary damage compensation.

DangsoodoNet shall prioritize the resolution of user-submitted complaints and opinions. However, if a prompt resolution is not feasible, the user will be notified immediately of the reasons for the delay and a timeline for resolution.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Any legal action regarding a dispute between DangsoodoNet and a user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court presiding over the user's registered address at the time of filing. If the user has no registered address, the local court presiding over the user's place of residence shall hold jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, if the address or residence of the user is unclear at the time of filing or if the user is a foreign resident, the case shall be filed with the competent court as determined by the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea.

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern all legal actions filed between DangsoodoNet and its users.

Supplementary provisions

These Terms and Conditions may be revised from time to time, and any matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by the relevant terms and conditions of common SNS services and online communities.

These Terms and Conditions were first established and shall be effective as of December 15, 2025.
